1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration. This includes:

• Full legal name
• Valid mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• UPI ID or bank account details (for withdrawals)

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the platform.

4. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Mahadev Book are subject to specific rules and regulations. By placing a bet, you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellation, modification, or reversal is permitted after the bet is placed, regardless of errors or mistakes.
• Bets will only be accepted if you have sufficient balance in your account. Insufficient funds will result in bet rejection.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed before bet placement.
• In the event of technical errors, system failures, or incorrect odds displayed, Mahadev Book reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake amount.
• We follow industry-standard sporting rules. For cricket, we follow ICC (International Cricket Council) rules. For football, FIFA rules apply. For casino games, standard casino house rules apply.
• Any attempt to manipulate odds, exploit system bugs, or engage in fraudulent betting activities will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Mahadev Book offers multiple payment options for deposits and withdrawals, including UPI, IMPS, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (where available). All transactions are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ₹500 (or equivalent in other currencies).
• Maximum deposit amount varies based on your account level and payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly (UPI) or within 2-4 hours (bank transfer).
• We do not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may levy their own charges.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500.
• Maximum withdrawal amount: ₹5,00,000 per day (₹10,00,000 per week for verified accounts).
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for UPI and IMPS. Bank transfers may take 2-4 hours.
• We do not charge any withdrawal fees. Your bank may apply charges for receiving funds.
• First-time withdrawals may require KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar) for amounts above ₹10,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same UPI ID or bank account used for deposits (to prevent money laundering).

General Bonus Terms

10. Account Suspension & Closure

• Level 2: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, escalate to the Dispute Resolution Team by sending an email with "Dispute - Level 2" in the subject line. Include your chat history, screenshots, and any relevant evidence. A senior team member will review and respond within 48 hours.
• Level 3: If the dispute remains unresolved after Level 2, you may request arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted by an independent third-party firm accepted by both parties. Arbitration decisions are final and binding.

12. Changes to Terms

Mahadev Book reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. The date of the latest update is displayed at the top of this page.
