Since IDs are digital and service-based, refunds are only available in specific, verifiable cases mentioned below.
2. No Refund Policy (Once ID is Activated)
All payments made for Mahadev IDs or related digital services are non-refundable once your ID has been successfully created or activated.
This is because:
- The Mahadev ID is a digital and customized product created specifically for each user.
- Activation involves irreversible service fulfillment.
- After activation, we cannot revoke, reuse, or resell your Mahadev ID.
Hence, once an order is processed, no cancellation or refund will be issued.
3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)
Refunds are considered only in rare situations, such as:
- Payment was charged twice due to a technical glitch.
- You were billed but did not receive your Mahadev ID due to a verified system error.
- An incorrect amount was debited by mistake and verified by our payment processor.
In such cases:
- Users must raise a refund request within 48 hours of payment.
- Proof of payment (transaction ID, screenshot, or UTR number) must be provided.
- Our support team will review and verify the issue within 7–10 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after verification.
